Imagine thirty or forty families arriving at a common understanding that housing ought to be liberated from speculation, education from commodification, healthcare from profit, food from industrial dependency, and community from atomization. Imagine that instead of individually purchasing isolated houses and reproducing the suburban logic of alienation, these families collectively acquire a piece of land and construct a solarpunk commune grounded in mutual aid, ecological stewardship, usufruct, and direct democracy.
